Unlike my previous video OVERLOAD’S STORM, this music video is a ridiculous short film. I had some experience in the past doing stop-motion animations with my students. Being a great fan of Wallace and Gromit and Bob the builder I was looking for an excuse to work on a stop motion animated video and AXED just happened to be in the way. After hearing the track I didn’t think much and started working on the storyboards. Instead of using clay models and miniature sets I’m using 3000 photographs, images and surreal Art work. The video itself is a journey in time with band members playing the lead in a series of events. It took me far longer than expected to finish what I’ve started but I hope in the end the result is fulfilling and worth watching. I hope you all enjoy it!
